WE ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES

We know you want to get your Uprotein supplements with the most flexibility, so we use Australia Post Eparcel Standard delivery service throughout Australia. This service allows complete order tracking, safe drop, re-direct and PO Box delivery. Using Australia Post offers a full featured delivery service but unforeseen delays can occur that are simply out of our control. Please use Australia Post website to track your order Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (ex NSW public holidays). Please note we do not allow pickup of deliveries.

^ORDERS BY 2PM MONDAY-FRIDAY SAME DAY DISPATCH

Orders received before 2pm (Monday - Friday) are dispatched from our facility that day around 2.30pm, orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day. Orders received on Mondays may be dispatched Tuesdays, due to high order volume over the weekend. **Please note, while we try our best, this is not always a guaranteed service. Unforeseen events, ingredient delays and high demand can occur which result in orders being dispatched at a later date.

ORDER STATUS

Once we receive your order, and your transaction is accepted, your order status will move to "Awaiting Fulfillment". This status means we have received your order successfully and your order will then processed, picked and packed. At times your order status will remain in this state until your order is "Shipped". Weekends, spikes in demand and stock availability all can impact your order processing time. Once your order is collected by Australia Post your order status moves to "Shipped" and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. It may take a few hours for your tracking details to appear in Australia Post's system.

ORDERS LEFT UNATTENDED

Orders can be left unattended. This option can be made with Australia Post directly, after you receive your tracking number. Please use their website, sms or mypost app to arrange your preference. Please note if you opt to leave your delivery unattended, It is your responsibility. If an item is stolen or misplaced, we will accept no liability and neither will Australia Post. Please ensure you understand this before you take this option. In the event you don't select this option via Australia Post, and you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, a card or relevant communication will advised the location/procedure to collect your delivery from your nearest Australia Post depot. Australia Post reserve the right to not leave your parcel unattended if they deem it unsafe to do so, or can not gain access to your delivery location for any reason. Deliveries made by Australia Post and accepted by an occupant at the customers' address constitutes a successful delivery. Australia Post do not need to verify the personal details of an occupant accepting the delivery if delivered at the customers address using the available contact options available at the address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders to East Coast metro areas are usually delivered within 1-5 business days (usually 2-3 days), with regional areas, SA, WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 5-7+ business days. Please allow sufficient time when ordering to receive your supplements at the time you need them. Tracking is available at Australia Post website which can give you an approximate estimation of when your item will be delivered. The estimated time is a guide only and can shorten or lengthen at Australia Post's discretion, so please check regularly. We do our best to deliver your supplements as fast as we can, but sometimes delays can occur that are out of our control.

DELIVERY CHARGES

A delivery attempt made to the nominated delivery address but then returned to a collection depot constitutes fulfillment of delivery. If the package is not collected and then returned to us, customer will incur postage cost, and if the order included free postage, our applicable postage charge will then be deducted from the refunded amount plus a return to sender fee (RTS) of $13. If you decide to return an item/s and subsequently your refunded amount is deducted from your original transaction amount falls below our free shipping threshold ($199*) we will deduct the applicable delivery charge you would normally pay from your refund, which is based on the weight of your parcel and delivery zone. It is the customers responsibility to collect their delivery from an Australia Post collection point within adequate time.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

In the event you provide us an incorrect delivery address, and a delivery attempt is made to the address you provided, the parcel is automatically returned to us after a period of time by the courier. Incorrect delivery addresses also include addresses not on Australia Post's National Address database. We dont have control over the National Address Database. This constitutes a delivery attempt on our behalf. We are not responsible for any and all address details you provide us with your transaction, this includes the automated address finder at checkout stage. Once the parcel returns back to our facility, we will notify via email of the event. The customer is then required to pay the applicable postage charge for their delivery location, plus a return to sender fee of $13 for us to re-deliver this returned package. This is the amount we are charged from the courier to return the delivery to us. In the event you want to cancel your order at this point, we will deduct the original shipping charge (if you received free shipping with your original order, the applicable shipping charge for your zone will be calculated and used plus the return to sender fee ($13) from your refund.

To ensure we continue to offer great products and customer service we reserve the right to make changes to our returns policy, shipping partners and terms and conditions from time to time and without notice.

AUSTRALIA ONLY

We only send to Australia addresses. In the event your delivery location is a business, a business name must be used as part of your supplied delivery address to ensure correct delivery. Failure to do so, may cause your delivery address to be invalid and thus returned to us. We only accept credits cards issued in Australia. All prices and delivery costs are in Australian dollars. Our currency and pricing is set in AUD (Australian Dollars) and GST applies to all transactions.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking identifier will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse via email. However, this tracking number is only activated once Australia Post has processed the order so please allow a few hours from receiving your tracking email before checking the status of the delivery.
